📦 How and when will my item's be shipped?

We do try to stay away from those long 30-50 day shipping times. The majority of our items are shipped via e-packet. Processing orders take about 1-5 days, along with a 12-20 day shipping time.

Expect to see your orders in about 15-25 days time. You will be notified when the item has shipped and also sent a tracking code to keep up to date with your shipment. If you have any question's about your order feel free to message us via Facebook messenger or email info@Animationmotivation.com and we will do our best to help you :)

💳 What kind of payments do you take?

We accept Credit & Debit cards. You can also checkout through PayPal and we also accept all payments via Google Pay & Apple Pay.

When you check out your items in the cart you will go through our secure 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor, for you to enter your Credit or Debit Card details.

Can I cancel my order?

Until we approve your order to be made, your order status is “Awaiting processing” - you can cancel it at any time while your order is in this status.

🔄 Can I return an item? 


You can be eligible to request a return but are not guaranteed one depending on the situation. Regarding fitting issues for returns please make sure to refer to the sizing guides before placing an order.

All products go through a quality control check before being sent to you. However, if any products have a manufacturing defect i.e ripped or torn when you open the package before being worn, let us know by taking a picture and emailing info@animationmotivation with your order number and said picture.

◀️ Can I make changes to my order once I place it?


Yes, you can while your order status is in “Awaiting processing” however no changes can be made once the order status is in “Processing", so make sure you double check your order before you place it.

Please note that the Christmas period, is the busiest period of the year for shipping globally. From now on (14th November 2017), there may be additional shipping delays that Animation Motivation has no control over. Please contact us with any questions.
